Organization (ILO) under the banner of The United Nations (UN), presents an opportunity for 40 SMMEs to be part of the SURE training Programme.
|Qualification Criteria To be accepted into the programme, the business must meet the following minimum criteria:
Business must be owned by a South African Business must be a Member of the Chamber Business must be registered in South Africa (Kindly attach proof) Business must have been in existence for at least two years Business must have at least 15 employees. Demonstrate basic business management skills (i.e., being able to forecast cash flow and sales) and have established management and administrative structures. Have a basic awareness of existing business risks and a keen interest to improve business resilience. Copies of the following documents are required: SARS Tax Clearance CertificateBEE CertificateSouth African ID document Also required are: A Company Profile Durban Chamber Members who complete the training will achieve the following learning outcomes: Gain advance knowledge of risk assessment techniques and business continuity strategiesLearn how to involve staff in business continuity planningKnow how to develop a customized business continuity plan
There will be no training cost for attending the course, Durban Chamber members have been sponsored to attend the course through the United Nations (ILO).
